Management of Cash Flow

Management of Cash Flow during the time of Crises

Several Projects were taken up during the years in Business to help the Clients tide over the Cash Flow crises and to keep the Business Going.

Understanding the business vitals is essential to managing the cash liquidity of a Business. The working example would be an SME in the middle east who had very little funds in the bank with the low recovery of receivables, low sales, mounting supplier payments outstanding, and non-movement of stock. The business was studied, and the best solution was recommended for the funds to roll in.

Improving cash flow is a smart move for any business. It doesn’t matter at what stage your business is, but a WELL- MANAGED cash flow will have a dramatic impact on your business. It helps to :

1.  Grow

2.  Maintain liquidity

3.  To invest the profits and expand activities

Procedural Correction

Correction of procedure and solving pain areas for owners

Most businesses fail because the set procedures are not followed or there is no procedure. This brings in a breakdown of the system and the work gets held back with no direction to proceed. There are various pain points some of which are listed below:

Financial:

The client is spending too much of their available cash resource on areas that are causing a cash crunch. The study is conducted based on the business needs and a plan is designed and tested before implementation.

Productivity:

Productivity can be monitored by designing reports which suit the industry in question. Training how to interpret the reports will be an essential part of the process

Process:

Improving the internal process would help to a great extent in reducing the stress of the staff and the management

The working case that can be sighted is a Catering unit that provided food 3 times a day to its 6,000 employees. There was no transparency in the working of the kitchen with no transparency in purchasing, consumption, or wastage. By placing responsibilities in the right places and by implementing reporting formats with a definite date for reporting the company has started to function better, control costs, improve cash flow, and satisfy the staff with better food.

We have the skills to quickly understand the given situation, analytically assess, and troubleshoot, by suggesting corrective measures to redirect and recover business operations.

Motivational Training of Staff

Training and Counseling staff to perform better - Motivational

The staff is a vital tool of the management for the success of the operation. The staff must be delegated with work and responsibilities and his required output defined. He may lack a few skills that are required to perform efficiently. With these effects, the organization and the staff will be trained to look at his Job with a broader perceptive and focus on his assigned tasks.

Training Accounting and Finance Department is our core competence, and this has helped several organizations in improving efficiency and taking corrective action on time with the help of regular reporting. It has also saved the organization several Dollars in terms of Overtime, Labor hours, and irresponsible reporting.
